Success breeds success.

The Rich gets richer while the poor keeps floating around with no paddle and a hole in the damn boat. Guess what? Just as this concept is known in self improvement circles as the difference between the abundance mindset and the scarcity mindset, the same way confidence is understood as a concept utilizing the same principles.

Confidence is defined as: a feeling or belief that you can do something well or succeed at something, according to Merriam-Webster, my pal.

Even a small success can be used as a gateway to greater ones. — to build confidence.

We all must do things that produce small wins, over time and these are important to first gain experience then gain natural ability.

A technique is to form a habit of only focusing on your successes (small ones, small gains, small wins) and forgetting failures. Practice improves everything

But … I am going to give you a nugget about self — confidence and how it’s destroyed.

You destroy your own self confidence by holding on and remembering and coddling and making love to your past failures and not highlighting your past successes. Point Blank Period.

You are killing your own self.

Remain uncomfortable,
