• Assessment and plan answers you enter, so we can build and keep your personal plan.
• Order history: what you bought, when, and the amount.
• Messages you send us through the contact form.
• Basic technical and usage data needed to run and secure the site.

Why we use it

To create your account, build your plan, deliver what you purchased, send order and account emails, answer your messages, and improve the site. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not send marketing email from this site.

Who processes it

We use service providers to make the site work: hosting and database, payment processing for checkout and billing, media storage and delivery, and email delivery for order and account notices. Card details are handled entirely by our payment processor — we never see or store your full card number.

Your choices

You can view and update your plan at any time from your dashboard, and you can ask us to export or delete your account and data by emailing hello@thecomfortkillers.com. We keep order records as long as required for tax and accounting.

Cookies

We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and to remember your player and plan state. No advertising trackers.

Children

This site is not intended for anyone under 16.
