The core idea
The direct route is this: Decision. Confrontation. Commitment. Creation. You make a decision that comfort is costing you too much. You confront your past—betrayal, procrastination, fear—and you forgive. You bring it up, look at it, say "I love you," and let it disappear. Then you commit to new actions. Break the pattern. Do the opposite of what you've been doing. Finally, you create. You are creator. You create the new you, the real you that's been nudging at you all along.
Use the seven whys to get to your purpose. Ask yourself what you want to create, then ask why seven times. Go deep. The seventh why is your legacy, your real reason. Then write goals using the five questions successful people ask: What one thing? Why? What will you sacrifice? When do you want it? When will you start? Notice what's missing? How. You don't need to know how. The universe works with you when you're on purpose.
